Hard to start
 

I replaced all 4 fuel injectors and all 4 spark plugs now I am getting a code PO172 bank 1 too rich. I clear the code but I have to step down on the gas pedal a little to get the motor to run. What is going on? I did not have any codes or trouble starting to motor before replacing these parts?
