Default Headlight help

Hey guys i have a problem with my 1995 honda civic. My right front headlight doesn't work properly and only the parker light and high beam light works but not the normal beam. I went out and bought a new bulb as i thought that was the problem and when i put it in it was the same problem, only the parker light and high beam work. What confuses me is that the high beam and normal beam are on the same bulb but only the high beam works.Anyhelp wouldbegreatly appriciated. thanks....

High beams and normal beams are on separate circuits. Check whether fuse 21 or 22 is blown.

It could be a wiring problem, or It could be a blown fuse. I'm nearly positive this diagram also works for 95 civics, but if it doesn't, just look in your manual. Acording to this it should be fuse 21.
