Headlight issue 99 civic

99 civic ex. The right headlight randomly goes on and off while driving. It happens when I go over train tracks or hit a bump. anyone have suggestions as to what causes this and how to fix it?

From:

Check the electrical connector that plugs into it. It could be loose internally or externally. Check al ground connections as well.
