sorry for so many posts.. few memory cells. heres a better description i think, put the battery in. turn key on. CEL comes on for 2 seconds an goes off, no battery light, oil prs light, an brk light is on. ( no brakes ) no fuel pump but relay clicks properly. go to start an the relay behind the dash is rapidly clicking, slowing down then everything resets, dash comes back bright, CEL for 2, it goes off, an so on an so forth....

The battery light not coming on is probably because one of the fuses is blown. It's on a different fuse than the CEL, oil, and brake warning lights. Also I think when that circuit is out the engine will not run.

Failing to crank and having the voltage drop really sounds like your battery is no good or there is a bad connection. Measure the voltage at the battery while trying to start. You have an electrical problem, it's necessary to measure some voltages and quit guessing.

More than 9 volts while cranking. Should be more than 12 volts when not cranking.
