Did you forget to reconnect the CKF sensor?

You need to remove the crank pulley again to inspect the CKF sensor or to replace it. First carefully inspect the CKF connector for damage or corrosion.

Could be a problem with the CKF sensor wires that run between the connector and the ECU. Also carefully inspect the connector itself.
