HELP! Engine starts then dies, stalls occasionally.
 

98 Civic LX,
Problem is intermittent, will start then die 3 to 10 times then start and run fine. Usually have to give a little gas to get going when this happens. Also car will die occasionally when running, this happens at stop lights and while driving. All electrical dies except for the radio when this happens. Also after stalls it always starts then dies a few times before it will start again.
I've replaced the ingnition coil and module, distributor cap and rotor, plugs, wires, AF, PCV. Additionally I had a crack in the exhaust manifold which I replaced along with the O2 sensors. Also had a Fuel injector cleaning done at Jiffy Lube. I'm out of ideas please help!

You may have a clogged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator. To test this possibility, check the fuel pressure:
