my tire just popped on the way to work i was a block away so i just went im here now in the la area specifically winnetka/Reseda who should i call to replace my tire its oviously not in driving shape its pretty riped.

Uhm. Call a local shop...that sells tires. Put a donut tire on it and find out a shop through your phonebook.
