Hesitation....gas pedal pushed down.
 

OK guys...problem here, will do my best to describe what is happening.

When the car has sat for roughly 15 minutes or more and i start it up and put in 1st gear, it will move, but then with gas pedal down, hesitates and wont go anywhere and all of a sudden will kick into gear and go.....

If i let it warm up for a couple minutes before putting into gear, it is fine.

Once it kicks into gear the first time, it is fine for the rest of the ride.

Ideas??
