hid kit questions
 

I have a question i have a 15000k hid kit and the blue lights are illegal so i was wondering if i can buy 6000k bulbs and put them in the ballasts i have or do i have to get a whole new kit ballasts and all? thanks for you help

Are you sure you have a 15k kit cause im pretty sure thats purple.
I live in minnesota and i have a 10k ebay kit on my eg and 3k yellow foglights and ive been pulled over before for other reasons (at night) for other reasons and they have never mentioned it.

And the purple kit i think is pushing it but it all depends on where you live some states are ok with it just as long as their not flashing.

Im not that familiar with state laws but again it all depends on your state.

You can swap the bulbs out to whatever color you want.

If you have H4's for example, just buy new H4's in the new color you want.
