High pitched squealing noise from the tire while driving.....
 

I drive a 2000 Honda Civic Ex and recently I have noticed that while I drive my car a high pitched sqealing noise sounds like it is coming from the front drivers side tire. The sound only last for about 5 seconds in length but always repeats itself every 30 seconds. It is driving me crazy! And I hope it isn't too bad of a problem. I have been driving it in this condition for about 4 days now and the sound won't go away. What and why is the noise sounding and can I fix the problem myself?
