Default High rpms

I have a honda civic 90 lx 1.5 and it seems that I get high rpms on low gear when I first use the car but then if i use it agian later I doesnt act up and also it purrs or makes this weird lound sound that sounds like its comming from the passenger side and this acts up especially while turning. but before that these happend

-Before the car wouldnt start up and I fixed it by resolider the joints on the main relay.
-Then the car would work then it would high rpms like around 4000rpms and then shift at 20-25mph and as well studder when reversing and jerk while driving. I replaced the tps but it seemed to be no good but the ecu is not flashing no more.

Now the car seems to still hit some what high rpms and their is no cel and the ecu is not blinking.

Anyone know whats wrong? Bad clutch and or fly wheel due to slipping, iac needs cleaning?

When a manual car revs up abruptly in gear without the car going proportionally faster, the clutch is slipping. Loosen the clutch cable by turning the plastic adjuster nut where it attaches to the front of the transmission. When properly adjusted, the clutch will start to engage with the pedal halfway up, not all the way at the top. If that doesn't help, the clutch will need to be replaced.

No it's entirely different. Automatic you should first check the fluid level, also check the mechanical control cable from the throttle to the transmission. It is designed to "kick down" (let the engine wind out to higher rpm before shifting) when that cable tells the transmission that the gas pedal is floored. If the cable is stuck it will shift at high rpm all the time.

How do I check if it is that, also for the noise could it be the cv join or a bearing??

RPMS are some what in check now but now its with this purring or screching sounds along with engine or car shaking (not violently but a good amount) while accelerating from a stop and this only happens from 0-15mph
