Default Honda Civic 93, choke is stuck, idles high.

I have a Honda Civic 1993, 1.5 litre Twin carby with computer controlled. When it is a cold day and I start the car, the car idles at about 2100 rpm because it is cold but once it is warm, it doesnt go down and stays at that high 2100 rpm. It also does this when it is hot, it has a high idle. Sometimes if I am lucky, it will idle normal at about 1400rpm.

I got it major serviced a month ago and they have told me that the choke is stuck.

How do you usually go about fixing this issue?

What part/s need to be replaced?

What tools would I need?

Is this an easy fix?

Are there any tutorials anywhere to help do this?
