Actually the programming instructions I found on honda-accessories look really easy. I remember the name possible carandtruckremotes and he some odd 1300 sales and 100% feedback

Yikes. Thats one of the 3 sellers I got remotes from. He's actually the on who I was most upset with. $5.95 for shipping, and I got the remote in a regular paper letter envelope almost falling out a little hole in the side. You'd expect at LEAST a bubblemailer for $6 shipping. I think a lot of the positives are from extortion anyways. When I emailed about the poor packaging and the problems with the remote, I was told that if I post anything but positive feedback I will receive a negative for the transaction. FOR WHAT? I paid the same day, the remote didn't work, and even after 12 days for shipping - the remote was about ready to fall out of the package.

Does anyone have another source for factory Honda remotes?

Any luck? I have the same need, I have a 2002 Civic LX and need keyless entry. I was going to go the DIY route to save money.

I should have my order from ThePartsYouNeed.com by Monday's mail since they are shipping from northern AZ to Phoenix. I'll post an update tomorrow.

Well I will report my luck with it as soon as I get it. He mailed it the same day I paid so it's already in ups' hands. If I am not satisfied I will leave neg and if he tries to extort me I will file a complaint with ebay.

Hopefully not in the same way as the Honda vs. Mitsu emblems in your sig...lol.

Blue turn signals? Any tickets yet? I used to have them in a 2000 Accord back in Minnesota, but got a ticket because a "civilian" vehicle cannot display red or blue lights on the front of the car...
