Honda civic performance/economy problem

I have a 1998 Honda civic 1,5 ls vtec-e(´2 exhaust, 4-2-1 header, short ram intake, re85 adapter kit).
It has had this problem for a while now. Something happened when i was driving on a bumby road. Car lost low rpm torque but vtec crossover became very aggressive.(there was no crossover before, vtec-e d15z6). It turned out to be skipped timing belt. Changed the belt and it got better but still not good. there are no cel codes

what could be the cause? These are the symptoms:
-aggressive vtec crossover at 4000 rpm, in eco vtec engine?
-performance has dropped, expecially low rpm torque
-fuel consumption has increased (before 6,5-7l/100km, now 8l/100km)
-takes few seconds of cranking to start when cold, starts instantly when warm
-high idle when cold
-smokes more than usual
-little hesitation when accelerating
-bogs a little after 6000 rpm

maintenance done last half year
-spark plugs
-distributor rotor and cap
-timing belt change
-ignition timing set
-valve clearance
-injector cleaning
-new o2 sensor

could crank position sensor cause something like this because the tip was cracked and it had a small dent? or maybe maf?

sorry for a little confusing story! Any help would be appreciated! thanks :)
