Default Honda Crank Pulley Tool

I need some help from everyone. I have a 99 civic with the 1.6 D16Y7. I finally found the problem with the boiling coolant out. Had a leak down test performed and found I have a blown Head Gasket. I started disasemble on the motor to get the head out and forgot I needed the Crank pulley tool. In my wisdom of searching local auto parts and ebay I saw a guy made his own tool.

I need to know if anyone knows what size nut is used in making this tool work I have acces to a welder and was thinking if I could find this size nut tonight I could finish the job tonight.

You can remove the head without taking the crank pulley off. Remove valve cover then upper timing cover. Set engine to TDC and make sure all marks line up. Loosen the cam pulley bolt. Remove plastic cap and loosen the timing belt tensioner bolt. Pull slack in the timing belt and retighten tensioner. Remove cam pulley.

I didnt see the tensioner under the top cover so to remove the lower cover isnt there bolts behind the lower cover to access the tensioner? I recall that was the way to do it when i changed the timing belt. I could be wrong, i will see if i can do it with your idea tonight.

The tensioner is under the lower cover, but an access hole is provided so you don't have to take the whole cover off to loosen it.
