Hey guys. Tried to do a look, but to no avail.. What's the largest (HP wise, VTEC preferred.) engine I can put in a Honda CRX of any year. (But preferred '91.)

I saw a write up in Honda Tuning with them putting a K20 in a CRX.

 

Would that be an "A", "2", or "3"?

Well, if you remember.

Perhaps I should be a bit more clear... What engine would fit in the CRX with the most HP and etc. while not having to mod the entire engine bay?

k24 botton with a k20a2 head would be the biggest and baddest stock for stock(meaning no work other than headswap) engine swap imo if money is no object. k24/k20 crx
