Honda CRX Trans and Honda Accord Trans

I was curious, will a 1990 Honda CRX transmission attached to a 1.5 L engine fit a 1990 Honda accord on a 2.2 L engine?

well i figure the tranny off the crx would not fit on the accord 2.2l engine cause the crx has a d-sereis and the accord the f and i'm pretty sure there not interchangable

you could get a bisi adapter plate to fit a d series trans onto a f series or h series block, but that is more money and fabrication than just getting a new accord trans.
