Honda wont start
I have a question, my daughter wrecked her car, we replaced grill, bumper, core, oxy sensor, slave clutch, and fenders - the bags deployed, we got car all put back together but car wont start, as far as we can see the engine was not damaged, would the fact the bags deployed stop the car from starting? 96 honda civic lx. thanks for all help
Test these out.
1. No fuel in tank
2. Battery discharged
3.Battery terminal loose or corroded
4. leaking injectors orfuel pressure regulator, pump broken
5.Fuel not getting to the fuel rail
6. worn spark plugs
7. disconnected wireing in starting circuit
8.loose distributor
9.disconnected wires at ign coil or damaged coil.
where did the car get hit, head on or from an angle?

Since he knows there is no spark, the first thing to check would be the ignition. There could also be a fuel problem, but you know for sure there is an ignition problem so fix that first. As far as the battery, if the starter is cranking the engine normally, the battery is fine as well. Check the distributor cap first, might want to change it if its been a while. Check the ignition coil and ICM as well. Also, check the wiring to the ICM and coil. It could be that one of the wires got clipped while putting everything back together.
will check electrical system tomarrow, I know there is gas in the car, cranking good, just no spark, the car rearended another car, the car it hit had a reciever sticking out and that is what the honda hit the rest of honda kinda wrapped around the reciever, but I didnt notice any damage to anything else just the bumper assembly, rad cor, tips of fenders, headlights, both radiators, oxy sensor (wires were broke off) but will check out the electrical tomarrow.
