How hard is it to insert a wire through this tube in door hinge

How hard is it to insert my own cable/wire into that black tubing (the tube that carries the speaker's audio and power)? I need to insert my own wire that goes through that "tube".

It's a big pain in the ass messing with that connector inside the door.
