How to set timing on 95 civic ex

Could someone tell me how or direct me to a thread that shows how to set the timing on a 95 civic ex 1.6 vtech?

You have the D16Z6 engine:

After doing that, set the spark timing. Find the timing marks on the crank pulley and touch them up with paint or chalk so they're easier to see. There is one single mark, and a group of 3. The group of 3 is used for spark timing. Warm up the engine and install the ECU test jumper like you would to read codes. Start it again and the CEL should come on steady. (If there is a code blinking, resolve it first.) Hook up timing light to spark plug wire #1. Rotate the distributor to fire on the center mark of the group of 3.
