I have a loud knock and clack?

it's knocking LOUD and clacking loud, i think the piston rings are fried well i know they are. also i think i might have a messed up connecter rod? any idead?? nothing with the valves or lifters.
please help im going to rebuild the bottom half. what new parts should i get?
