I agree with MK, it's easy to mess up the plugs on the distributor if you don't "READ" a manual such as the Honda Manual or at least a Haynes book.
But it also could be the Plugs themselves as well if they'll too old.

Is the firing order 1-3-2-4? Starting from
The bottom? And how do I know if its making spark at all? I remember it was hard unplugging the wires from the distributor and I pulled it from the wires instead of pulling from the plastic. Could I have damaged The wires?

So if I messed up the wire harness, cause I did tug on them, how would I repair that?

I believe it 1-3-4-2.. count clock wise starting from bottom left..

You may have flip flop the 4 & 2.. try that..

Pull out the spark plug end of one of the wires and put a spare plug into it. Hold the shell of the plug against the engine, crank, and observe if the plug sparks (with a bright white spark). Repeat with the other wires.

Cylinder #1 is of course the one furthest from the distributor. I think post #1 is at 7 o'clock but it could be 10 o'clock. There is usually a mark on the cap for #1. You could try moving all the wires one place clockwise and try again.

For anyone reading this in the future, realize that the o-ring can be replaced without unplugging anything.

i tried 1-3-4-2 and nothing so i replaced the rotor, and there is still no spark on the plugs, my guess the last thing it can be is the coil?

Or the low voltage wires from the harness to the distributor are broken. Check the ECU for any distributor sensor codes. Check that the coil is getting battery voltage on the low voltage terminals (you will need to remove rotor and separator plate).
