Idle dropping/stalling out

'99 auto trans: Recently my car has been dropping in idle/dying when I'm coasting 10mph and under as well as at a complete stop. Seems to happen after engine is warmed up. 77K miles. Recently changed plugs. No error messages when hooked up to code reader. Plan on changing fuel filter and PCV valve this weekend. Any other suggestions? I haven't checked for vaccuum leaks but have not observed any cracks/weathering in any hoses. Sucks having to brake with left foot as I keep the idle up w/ right in neutral..... Wish I had my standard trans back.

RE: Idle dropping/stalling out

Try replacing your intake temp. sensor...It should be right on the front of your intake manifold...When it goes bad it reads the temp. wrong and sprays less gas then your engine needs at idle because it says the air is to hot...Its only $20 at a local parts store and 2 little screws holding it in so its an easy and cheap fix...By the way is your check engine light on and is it running any codes???
