Ignition Timing
 

I need help with my timing. I am prety shure it's out but never set timing on a Honda before. I have a 99 civic sir with a b16a2. can someone give me step by step instructions on how to adjust it?? I know that I have to turn the distributer and line up the timing marks with a timing light but I cant find the marks and I have been told that I have to jump some pins on the diagnostic port but I don't know witch plug it is or where to find it or what pins I have to jump. Pics would be nice if possible.
