Default info on 99 civic ex

i am new to this forum, i just bought a 99 civic ex w/ burnt valve in #2 cyl.. engine vin 8( 6th character) my question is how do i identify my cyl head, injectors etc. to make sure im ordering the right parts?

99 EX? You have a D16y8 if your car is in stock form.

Thanks for the info, i appreciate it!!!is there a certain injector(brand) that is better to use? i am not going to modify this car, just a daily driver.

Check the Majestic Honda website. Enter your VIN to ensure that you get the correct parts.
