instrument panel & taillights out (checked fused)

hi all, im having problems figuring out what the problems is, my instrument panel and tailights are out, i check the fuses and they are all ok, i know that theres a specific fuse for this but the fuse is good. i drove home for the holidays and parked the car fot like 2 days afterthe long drive, then pulled it out of the garage to wash, when i tryed to go out that night my panel would not light up, i figured it was just the fuse but i checked and their good.

What year Civic?

If the fuses are definitely fine, then you may have a faulty combination switch on the steering column.
