Which intake manifold gasket?

I bought a "kit" to do a head gasket on a 1996 Civic D168Y, it came with intake and exhaust gaskets also. However, it came with two different intake gaskets, the smaller one covers some ports partially, the larger covers others completely.
The old gasket came off in about 50 pieces, I am leaning towards the smaller since the old one didn't have excess gasket sticking out on top of the manifold. I can't post pics on this computer do to my computer illiteracy :/
searching intake gaskets, most come with both that I have.....
Which one would you use?
Thanks

After searching on AutoZone and rock auto the smaller gasket comes up....

Oh, hesitant to put that gasket on. There is a port that is partially uncovered in the center on the head....all the gaskets look the same on parts sites.. HELP!

Apparently the "port" I am concerned with isn't a port at all. When I had the head off I didn't pay too much attention to it...now that the head is back on, i can't see in it and my phone camera won't focus on it. So, I took a long pick and stuck it in the "port", nothing but casting about 1/2-3/4 inches deep, nothing to worry about...
