I have a 1988 Civic LX with a 5spd transmission...all stock. The transmission is gone, I wanted to know what year models / model number transmissions will fit in it?

Anyone have a list or able to help me out, I would greatly appreciate the info!

 

Any Civic from 1988 to 1991 should fit. Later models will fit to the engine, but the mount at the outside end is different and they use a different clutch system (hydraulic instead of cable). Both of those would entail considerable modification to the car to make it work.
