issue w clip on driver side low beam
 

Apologies if this is a repeat but I didn't see any posts on it. I need to change the driver side low beam on my 2004 Civic LX. I've been able to change the high beam fine by twisting it and pulling it out. But the low beam is right up against the side so there's no room to twist it. I tried pulling out the clip, but it feels stuck, and I'm not sure how much force I should apply (I'm afraid of breaking something). I'm just trying to see what's normal. Should I be able to twist the low beam? If I pull the clip out, how hard should it be? Is there anything I can do to loosen it?
