issues wit starting

hey guys i have a 93 honda civic 1.5 16 valve i can start it and ride it around but then when i shut it off and try to restart it all it does is turn over. i let it sit and try it then it starts.. jus got the car plugs wires and oil i just changed? anyone now something i can try
