I don't know if there even ever was a "kit" for those. Starting in 2001, Honda went to a design where the dash has to be taken completely out in order to install the evaporator core. So it was done at the factory rather than a dealer upgrade. That doesn't mean you can't do it yourself though and part it together. It would be most cost-effective to strip a parts car for most of the parts.
