99-00 conversion requires bumper/hood/fenders/headlights

and JDM is not a brand.

^^ And some modification to the core support, you need to drill a hole thru and cut a piece out to make the bumper flush, but i hear you can get around that

Can I not just get a 99 front bumper and throw it on there?

Not sure how much clearer this can be. You cannot just replace the bumper because it will not match up with the other parts. The whole front end needs to be redone to have parts that fit each other.

JDM stands for "Japanese Domestic Market" These are OEM Honda parts that were original equipment on cars sold in Japan, which were often somewhat cosmetically different from the similar model sold in the USA. There are a lot of fake "JDM" parts as well as "JDM style" knockoffs.

ok i understand. can someone help me with my gas gauge problem now?

well in order to help you, you need to give more information. what is your gas gauge doing, does it work at all? does it work sometimes? have you checked all your fuses under the dash?
