keyless entry not working
 

last night i installed a cd player and a sub. today when i got to school i got out and tried to lock my doors and they wouldnt lock with keyless. i got home today and checked the fuse under the steering wheel and it was fine. the remote is giving me a red light when i push any button. im pretty sure that it gives a red light regularly right? i am pretty sure that i hooked everything back up correctly and nothing is changed. please help.

sounds like hondas got you!!! If you want to reatirn the factory keyless you need to extend the radio and hide the factory radio in your dash or trunk or something. Any proffesional audio store should be able to help you with your problem. Try going to your local independant. The guys at the smaller stores typically have more knowledge than the big box stores like Circuit city and what not. All you need is a special T-Harness adapter (around $18). should get you your keyless back

ok well ill give it a try tonight i just discovered that my dome light doesnt come on when i open my door too. no telling what else doesnt work that i just havent figured out. im pretty sure on my 00' that i used to have i put my cd player in and keyless still worked! idk if anyone else knows anything about this please post. but i will give the t harness a try. thanks
