I have a 2008 Honda Civic (manual trans) that I bought a few months ago. The noise was already there when I bought it. The noise and vibrations are bad when first starting up the car, when first changing gears or when you left off the gas and stop accelerating. When the hood up and outside the car you don’t hear it.

anyone have any ideas as to the cause? From my research so far I am planning to check the resonator and the engine mounts. I’m not super mechanical but do my best that I can.
