Hi all, I have a 96 civic coupe with a d16y8. As of late it has some knocking @ 22oo rpm and in 2nd and 3rd gear @ about 3k rpm. The knock has no rythm and does not seem to sound like a rod. Could this be a spun or destroyed bearing and if so how tough to replace?

I have done three motor swaps on this car between my buddy and I building it the first time around and since my wife and I have owned it. I never had to do any lower motor repair as the engines came complete.
