manifold bolt trouble

i went out to swap my stock exhaust manifold for a racing header today. everything came off fine til i got to the last nut on the end of the manifold, the one right next to the power steering pump and the nut on the stud is completely rounded off. its too tight to get a pair of vice grips in there, unless i completely remove all the power steering pump brackets. any suggestions?

You can purchase special stripped bolt remover sockets from a hardware store. I got mine from Sears.

i just went to kmart and bought a set of damaged bolt remover sockets, but theres no 12mm included. theres 11mm and 1/2" . is 1/2" bigger or smaller than 12mm?

i got the 11mm size to fit over the nut and broke it free with no problem. i can think of a million times when i could have used some of them. thanks for everybodys help!
