If you're asking how to remove the gas tank from the car entirely:
(Do this outdoors.)
Raise the back of the car on ramps or jack stands.
Loosen the gas fill cap to relieve any pressure in the tank.
Working thru the access under the back seat, disconnect the hoses and wires on the top of the tank.
Unscrew the drain plug from the bottom of the tank and drain it.
Disconnect the filler and vent hoses from the side of the tank.
Undo the straps and lower the tank away from the car.

OK that thing in the center with the wires and the 3 bolts is the access plate. It appears that the filler pipe connects to the top of your tank instead of the side, under that other access plate on the left side of the car (right side of the photo).
