Misfires, CEL's and more!
 

Ok so about a month ago I have a few CEL codes and most of them were misfires so I did the normal thing and I replaced my spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, and coil pack.

After that the car ran fine and the CEL stayed off. Now Im starting to notice my car is not catching when I accelerate in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear and takes a second or two before it does and right after that my CEL came on.

Codes ran: P0302, P0304, P0300, P1399. All which are typical misfires I had before. What else can I do to fix this issue, I spent so much replacing all the parts named above and since I replaced the coil pack and dizzy cap I hope I don't need a new distributor?

Update: Today I replaced my Fuel Filter to see if that was it. After I cleared my final CEL it has not come back on, but even after replacing my Fuel Filter it still idles rough and around 100-200RPMs tops at a sit still.

What should I do next, possibly the ICM or what?

Do you know for sure that one or more injectors is not bad? Really, sometimes you can actually save money by taking your car to a good mechanic, especially one who works on Civics. That way, you won't waste money replacing components that are perfectly good. Believe me, I've done this before.
