Default MOTOR OIL LEAK on 99 civic ex ??

I am buying a 1999 honda civic ex (manual trans.) 150,000 miles, for $1000 dollars this weekend, from a friend of my son. This car has a small oil motor oil leak, my question to the net out there is, where could this leak most likely be comming from or where should I be checking?? Kelly blue book for trade in, is $2,900 -private party value is $4,200, so I think (??) I am getting a good deal.Major down on this car is that it has some hail damage to hood and roof, no biggie, cause I only really need it for towing be hind my motor home. Please give me your opinions on any thing that you feel I should know or check out about this car..... Need some help....Ed

It can leak from different parts like below on the oil panwhere thegasket is. Or the gasket on the valve cover or by the side of the distributor I believe there is a little gasket inside but not really sure on that one. Yeah you are getting a pretty good deal just make sure all the gears don't grind when shifting.
