motor swap question
 

ok i have a 95 civic coupe that has a 1.5 in it.i just slang a wrist pin which slang a rod threw the block.so my question is.what is the biggest honda motor that i can put in my civic that will bolt up to my 5 speed tranns,and hook up to all wires the same? keep in mind mine isnt the vtec just a plan jane 1.5.

With your D series transmission, you can only go with D series motors. Probably a 1.6L vtec motor. Or you could spend a ton of money on a H22 motor, and get a H to D transmission conversion plate. However, it is extremely expensive and you could just rock the H22 transmission at that point, or go H to B, which is more popular.
