I'm confused, can you get a further away picture so we know what we're looking at?

I'm thinking, that maybe you've got a broken clip or two (those clips suck ***, it happens..) inside that gap. You can buy the clips at most Auto stores. Pop a couple new ones in, click everything back into place, and call it a day

The source of your vibration may be from wheels that are slightly out of balance.

my initial reaction is similar to RonJ, but your dash does look like a clip or 2 is loose or broken. there should not be such a wide separation unless that is a pic of the glovebox.

i am very sure that most vibration cos by the dashboard cos when i use my hand to push it back while driving(with vibration), the vibrate reduce.

So, how do i fix back the clip? i cannot find any way to take out the dashboard to see what goes wrong...

download your yr's factory service manual (fsm) from the link in my signature. it will tell you all the steps necessary to remove the dash to repair or replace any broken clips.

If after the loose dash issue is resolved, you continue to feel vibration of the car and steering wheel at freeway speeds, then take the car to the shop to have the wheels balanced.
