I have a stock 1991 hatchback W/ a 1.5l EFI and four speed manual that has been having trouble starting when hot. I get a repeating 16 blinks from the ECU and have 11 volts on each lead powering the primary injector. Is this normal, or do I have a short? There is no overflow during no-start situations. Is this definitely the injector? A replacement is 80 bucks and takes three to five days to get, so I need to be sure that will fix the problem. Thanks for any suggestionsor tests to confirm.
