Default NEED HELP WITH HEADLIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday night i tried to turn on my low beam, but it didn't work. Only the parking and high beam lights work. The thing is it wuz working yesterday morning all of a sudden it jux stopped working the same day. It was also raining that morning and i was driving behind this one truck that was splashing a lot of water. Do you think that water might have ruined it????? Or do you think it might be the fuse since my car has 103,000 and is a 94 EX???? Plus a few month ago my radio didn't work when i started the car but it did the next day when i start it again. So do you guys think that water might have damged my low beam or do you think its bad fusse?????? or mayb burned out light???
