New guy needs a little help please!

Hey everyone, Bought a 99 honda civic ex (5-speed) a couple weeks ago and took it to get some tires where a buddy of mine works and as they brought it back around for me the guy driving told me i had to replace the rear motor mounts because he could feel the shifter shaking and it was rough starting off in 1st. Im not exactly mechanicly inclined so this is my learning experiment and this is the first thing ill have to do myself other than change oil haha. So i looked all over the internet and i figured out the actual swapping out is pretty easy once i get the motor help up securely. But heres the catch i went to look under the hood and i dont know what the heck im lookin at lol. Yes i am a reallllllll noob. If someone would be so kind as to explain where to look or maybe even show me a picture of where to look id love yall for a limetime haha. and i did try to do my research before posting but came up empty handed. So thank yall in advance!

Go to www.hondatech.info and hit up the manuals section. They're in PDF format, totally legit. Many of us have them as reference material. It's the factory service manual, straight from Honda (sort of).

also a haynes or chilton manual will come in very handy. and their pretty cheap at your local napa, shucks or auto zone.
