Congratulations. You have succeeded in completely stumping me on this one. My fall back response is to say that the problem is more than likely one of the items that we have already discussed. Good luck.

well after putting in the dry gas i am able to get it to start and idle at about 1500 rpms on its own but now when ever you try to give it gas it just bogs right down and stahls.......i have not yet hooked back up the alternator and the battery has a weak charge....could that be the problem...

That's good news. Hook up the alternator and then check the ignition timing with a timing gun. This requires that you jump the service connector.

the timing was good.....it runs on its own but only idles at like 1,000 rpms and if you try to give it any kind of gas it bogs down and stahls right out

Is the alternator now hooked up and working? Have you checked the IACV? Any CEL codes now being thrown?

Yeah, the IACV would cause stalling at idle.

You are making progress in having the engine idling. Is it misfiring at idle or running rough? Do you think that bad gas was originally preventing the engine from starting? If so, you may want to drain the tank as mk378 suggested.

What happens if you disconnect the O2 sensor?

You may also want to measure the fuel pressure. Is the vacuum hose for the fuel pressure regulator connected?
