no power

I just recently changed my head gasket and the intake and exhaust gaskets, after i put it together it ran good except for the timing was a little off. I thought i had gotten it right or at least close, but now i when i drive it i have no power. I had to drive it to and from work in third gear and it did not sound good. Any help would be appreciated. I am going to sell it or at least try to, so if anybody knows anybody in or around the Portland Oregon area let me know.

Disconnect the fuel injectors one at a time to make sure all 4 cylinders are working.

Check timing with a timing light (you must install the ECU test jumper). Distributor should be near the center of adjusting range when properly timed. If you have to go to the end to get proper spark timing, the timing belt is on wrong.

You must set the mechanical timing perfectly with both the cam and crank synchronized at TDC1:
