Noise cure

my rear suspension squeeks and rattles too annoyingly when i hit bumps. is there a solution to this? i used to think it was my panels but each side produces same exact noises.

new bushings.... may i recomend "energy suspension" over OEM bushings? better handling and they will most likely be cheaper than the ones you will get from the dealer.

what year is ure car mine did that too mine was a 94 and i switched out the springs. no squeaking
