Cool non-steady idle issue

ikay so i put a d16z6 in my 97 dx with the obd1 p28 ecu with ecu jumper (obd2a-obd1) have the vtec solenoid wired to A4 on the p28 and the vtec pressure switch wired to d6. vtec and vtec indicator working properly. The problem I am having is at a stand still the car idles eratically (up and down). I know normally this would probably be the IACV and prob still is, but it doesn't occur when the P2E (stock ecu) is installed. Any advice? I'm going to look and see if the jumper may be wired wrong, just to see. I'm sure that's not the cause, though it may be.

Please Help

So, I checked the jumper wiring and the IACV is connected from A9 on the p28 to A 13 and 14 on the 97 harness. In other words, it has one wire @ a9, split into two and going to the fore mentioned.

Unfortunately, the p28 is from an auto. So, I am getting the CEL for the auto lock. If anyone knows how to bypass that would help also. Other than those two issues, the car runs well.

Thanks to all who helped during the swap process.
