Odd Noise Coming From Front

This is my first post but I recently purchased a 2004 Honda Civic Value Package Automatic, and while it has absolutely nothing, it still manages to have a couple issues.

There is a noise coming from the front that gets louder and louder once you reach 25mph+. It's really loud at highway speeds. My current guesses are maybe engine mounts but it's not a vibration really, just a harsh noise and possibly wheel bearings.

Pressing the breaks DOES NOT affect the sound and it worsens when you let off the gas.

Any ideas?

No it's a gradual noise starting at a certain MPH. If I push the gas it lessens and when I let off it is full on. It more corresponds with speed than RPM's.

Sounds kind of like an exhaust leak, though that gets worse when you step on the gas. Make sure exhaust system is tight by blocking the tailpipe with the engine idling. You should have pressure build up quietly.

Also is the air filter stock? Some aftermarket intakes are loud. They're supposed to be but it's annoying on a daily driver.

Do you hear the noise revving the engine in park?

Finally get the car rolling then let off the gas and carefully shift into neutral (do not press the button on the shift handle, that is there to hopefully prevent going to reverse or park with the car moving). If the noise is engine-related it will drop to idle level. If it's something else it will keep going. Though it really doesn't sound like a wheel bearing. They make more of a roaring noise than a putting noise.

Maybe the video is throwing it off, but it's definitely not engine or transmission dependent.

If I put it in neutral going 40mph it still has the same noise as if I was in drive and off the throttle. It does quiet down a lot when I am on the throttle though, that's the thing.

is your car completely stock ???. to quick test the wheel bearings jack the front up and grab the top and bottom of the wheel there should be no vertical movement you can also try this.

Or just jack up one front wheel and turn the wheel by hand with the engine off and the transmission in neutral. There should be no noise. Any bearing noise you hear with the wheel off the ground will get worse with the weight of the car on it.

It difficult to tell from the video, sound like you have an exhaust system and also notice you CEL is on..
