Default Oil leak

I have just replaced my valve cover gasket, but still have a oil leak and unsure what is causinging the leak. I have included a few photos. The oil is leaking out the bottom of the round black plastic piece shown in the photo. Is this possibly a bad seal on the cam shaft? Would appreciate any advice and repair options. Thanks!

When is the last time that cam cap (Black circle piece) was replaced? Those are known to leak alot. Many aftermarket companies sell alternatives. If the black circle piece is incorporated into the VC gasket, did you use RTV around it?

It never has been touched. What is behind that round plastic piece?

The end of a camshaft. That is a cam cap. There are bunch of DIY guides on the web. I swapped the one from my H22 and my B20 with no problems Stopped any sort of seepage from that area immediately.
